The inaugural City of Birmingham Business Awards, which was held to celebrate outstanding individual and corporate success throughout the region, was hosted by Downtown in Business. The gala awards dinner, presented by Heart FM’s Ed James and Downtown’s founder and chief executive, Frank McKenna, rewarded some of the best businesses and business leaders on Thursday 9 November at Edgbaston Stadium.
Celsium’s Shelley Lloyd said: "Given the fantastic competition we were up against, we didn’t think we had much chance of winning so we were overjoyed to pick up the award. The Celsium team has worked tirelessly to disrupt the employee relocation market and grow our brand in Birmingham so it’s bloody brilliant to see that this has been recognised.
